Weighing just over 1 oz, the WMX-2-TX transmitters easily clip onto clothing and feature built-in studio-grade omnidirectional microphones. Hands-on gain and mute controls help you dial in perfect audio on the fly. High-visibility OLED screens let you see all your settings.
The transmitters feature a 3.5mm mic/line in jack so that you can use the included lav microphones for even more discreet mic placement. Movo's Mic'd counterweight makes placing the lav mics on talent quick and easy.
The system operates on a highly-stable 2.4Ghz band. Adaptive Frequency Hopping ensures that your signal will be noise and interference-free at distances up to 328 ft.
The receiver features an MFi-certified Apple Lightning connector, allowing you to connect and record instantly to your iPhone or other Lightning iOS devices. Internal HiFi processing gives you a highly focused and clear sound. Record both microphones in a single mono track, or split to the Left/Right of a stereo signal. You'll also have a 3.5mm headphone output for real-time and playback monitoring.
The entire system stores perfectly in a molded hardshell charging case. The system has a 7 hours battery life, and the charging case can hold an additional full charge for recharging on the go. The charging case and all accessories fit snugly in a carrying pouch for easy transport.
The WMX-2-L system comes with accessories for recording in any setting, including furry windscreens for the internal microphones on the transmitters and both foam and furry windscreens for the lavalier lapel mics.

The equipment works exactly as it should and the mic covers or dead cats are well designed to not pop off like many other brands.
In my case I did augment the gear with an extension lightning cord so I did not have to remove my phone case. I think that an small extension for the receiver should definitely come with the product. Nobody wants to take their case off and especially outdoors moving around. That's the only suggestion I have for MOVO. The charger is brilliant and I love how long the gear power lasts.
The bag is a great addition.
After fussing with the 3.5 TRRS version with iPhone adaptor, I finally got what I wanted and what worked.
The iPhone receiver on the WMX-2-L-DUO not only captures clean audio beyond my expectations it
also has a 3.5 monitor plug for headphones. I took the lav mics plugged into the transmitters far away
from the receiver and it not only was out of the line of sight, it transmits through three walls.
I had the Joby ordered and it won't even do that when you turn around away from the receiver.
Very satisfied with my acquisition and would highly recommend this mic system.
It comes with a charge box that tucks away the entire system for transport.
I would suspect that I wouldn't run out of power the entire day. And I do mean a sixteen hour day.
Comes with a selection of wind jammers or Dead Cats for options. And you can just use the transmitors
as microphones clipped on to your talent without the lav if you so choose.
